9)) (2003/C 141/07) The Commission hereby states that India has sent all the relevant information on checking operations (the forms used for certificates of conformity, stamp imprints, the names and signatures of the authorised inspectors) under the administrative cooperation provided for in Article 7(8) of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1148/2001, as last amended by Regulation (EC) No 408/2003, and established between India and the European Community. The Commission forwarded this information to the Member States' coordination authorities on 12 May 2003. Commission Regulation (EC) No 761/2003 shall apply therefore from the date on which this Notice is published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
