Article 1

Annex I to Directive 2001/113/EC in the German language version shall be replaced by the Annex to this Directive.

Article 2

This Directive shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 12 July 2004.

Article 3

This Directive is addressed to the Member States.
