Article 1

Die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1185/2004 wird wie folgt geändert: 1. Artikel 8 Absatz 2 Unterabsätze 2 und 3 und Absatz 3 werden gestrichen. 2. Anhang I wird durch den Text im Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung ersetzt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft. Artikel 1 Absatz 1 gilt ab 1. Juli 2004.
