Article 1

The State aid which Portugal plans to grant to Infineon Technologies, Portugal, SA satisfies the conditions necessary for it to be regarded as being compatible with the common market. Implementation of the aid of EUR 41504299 in net grant equivalent is, therefore, authorised on the basis of the facts currently available.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Portuguese Republic.
