Anhang II der Richtlinie 2000/53/EG wird unbeschadet der Entscheidung 2005/438/EG der Kommission durch den Wortlaut des Anhangs dieser Entscheidung ersetzt.

Article 2

Diese Entscheidung gilt mit Wirkungvom 1. Juli 2005.

Article 3

Diese Entscheidung ist an die Mitgliedstaaten gerichtet.
