Article 1

Die Verordnung (EG) Nr. 2406/96 wird wie folgt geändert: 1. Dem Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a wird folgender Gedankenstrich angefügt: „— Sprotte (Sprattus sprattus)“. 2. Die Anhänge I und II werden wie folgt geändert: a) In Anhang I Abschnitt B (Fettfische) wird das Wort „Sprotte“ hinzugefügt. b) In Anhang II wird der Eintrag im Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung hinzugefügt.

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am siebten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft.
