Article 1

The zero-duty tariff quota established by Regulation (EC) No 2165/2001 for imports of soluble coffee covered by CN code 21011111 shall be closed from 1 January 2006. From 1 January 2006 imports of soluble coffee covered by CN code 21011111 originating in any country shall no longer be eligible for a zero-duty tariff quota.

Article 2

Regulation (EC) No 2165/2001 shall be repealed with effect from 1 January 2006.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
