Article 1

Die staatliche Beihilfe, die Frankreich als Entwicklungshilfe für den Bau der Passagierschiffe Pacific Princess (vormals R3) und Tahitian Princess (vormals R4) in Form von Steuervorteilen gewährt hat, ist im Sinne von Artikel 87 Absatz 3 Buchstabe e EG-Vertrag mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar.

Article 2

Diese Entscheidung ist an die Französische Republik gerichtet.
