Article 1

In derogation from Regulation (EC) No 2003/2003, the Finnish provisions which prohibit the placing on the Finnish market of phosphorous mineral fertilisers with a cadmium content exceeding 50 mg for each kilogram of phosphorous are approved. The derogation shall apply until harmonised measures on cadmium in fertilisers are applicable at Community level.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Finland.
