In Section V, Chapter 27 of Part Two (Schedule of Customs Duties) of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87, in the entry for CN code 27109900, the entry in the third column shall be replaced by the following: ‘3,5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2006.
