Article 1

Artikel 4 Absatz 1 zweiter Satz der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 887/2005 erhält folgende Fassung: „Der erzeugte Alkohol muss gemäß Artikel 6 Absatz 1 bis spätestens 30. April 2006 an die Interventionsstelle geliefert werden.“

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am Tag ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft. Sie gilt ab dem 16. März 2006.
