Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 648/2004 is amended as follows: 1. Annex III is replaced by the text set out in Annex I to this Regulation. 2. Annex VII is replaced by the text set out in Annex II to this Regulation.

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Article 1(2) shall apply from the day falling six months after the entry into force of this Regulation.
