Article 1

The derogations referred to in Article 13 of Regulation (EC) No 1165/98 and in the Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1158/2005 are specified in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
