Article 1

The 2007 work plan for implementation of the programme of Community action in the field of public health (2003-2008), as set out in Annex I, is hereby adopted. The Director-General for Health and Consumer Protection shall ensure overall implementation of this programme.

Article 2

The budget allocations necessary for the management of the programme of Community action in the field of public health (2003-2008) shall be transferred to the Executive Agency for the Public Health Programme.
