Article 1

The measure which Italy is planning to implement for tax rebates on emulsions for 2006, amounting to EUR 8,9 million, is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty. Implementation of the measure is accordingly authorised.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Italy.
