Article 1

The State aid which the Slovak Republic plans to implement for Slovenské lodenice Komárno in the form of debt write-off amounting to SKK 17117957 is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty. Implementation of the aid amounting to SKK 17117957 is accordingly authorised.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Slovak Republic.
