Nach Artikel 88 Absatz 2 EG-Vertrag stellt die Kommission das förmliche Verfahren zur Prüfung der Beihilfe, die Portugal Autoeuropa — Automóveis Lda. zu gewähren beabsichtigte, ein, nachdem Portugal seine Anmeldung zurückgenommen hat.

Diese Entscheidung ist an die Portugiesische Republik gerichtet.
