Decision 2005/5/EC is amended as follows: 1. in the first paragraph of Article 1, ‘2009’ is replaced by ‘2008’; 2. in the first paragraph of Article 3, ‘2009’ is replaced by ‘2008’; 3. the Annex is amended in accordance with the Annex to this Decision.

This Decision is addressed to the Member States.
