Council Regulation (EC) No 383/2007 of 4 April 2007 terminating the partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures concerning imports of synthetic staple fibres of polyesters originating in the People's Republic of China, Saudi Arabia, Belarus and the Republic of Korea

The partial interim review pursuant to Article 11(3) of Regulation (EC) No 384/96 of the product scope of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of synthetic staple fibres of polyesters, falling within CN code 55032000, originating in the People's Republic of China, Saudi Arabia, Belarus and the Republic of Korea is hereby terminated without amending the anti-dumping measures in force.
