In Article 10 of Regulation (EC) No 1010/2006, the date of ‘31 March 2007’ shall be replaced by the date of ‘31 May 2007’.

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 April 2007.
