Article 1

The following point is added to Article 1 of Regulation (EC) No 1489/2006: ‘(h) 4,8 % in the case of the specific interest rate applicable in Hungary.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 October 2006.
