2008/143/EC: Council Decision of 28 January 2008 concerning the conclusion of the Agreement on maritime transport between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, of the other part

The Agreement on maritime transport between the European Community and its Member States, of the one part, and the Government of the People’s Republic of China, of the other part, is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. The text of the Agreement ( 2 ) is attached to this Decision.

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the European Community and its Member States, give the notification provided for in Article 15(2) of the Agreement.
