Die von Frankreich geplante Maßnahme in Form einer Steuergutschrift für die Erstellung von Videospielen ist nach Artikel 87 Absatz 3 Buchstabe d EG-Vertrag mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar.

Diese Entscheidung ist an die Französische Republik gerichtet.
