Die staatliche Beihilfe in Höhe von 3538580,57 EUR, die Belgien zugunsten von Volvo Cars Gent gewähren will, ist mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar. Die Beihilfe in Höhe von 3538580,57 EUR wird hiermit genehmigt.

Article 2

Diese Entscheidung ist an das Königreich Belgien gerichtet.
