Article 1

Die geplante staatliche Beihilfe des Vereinigten Königreichs zugunsten von Vauxhall Motors Ltd in Höhe von 8784767 GBP ist mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar im Sinne des Artikels 87 Absatz 3 Buchstabe c EG-Vertrag. Die Durchführung der Beihilfe in Höhe von 8784767 GBP wird folglich genehmigt.

Diese Entscheidung ist an das Vereinigte Königreich Großbritannien und Nordirland gerichtet.
