Article 1

The involvement of the Dutch authorities in the limited partnership in order to promote and facilitate the restructuring of the horticultural sector, amounting to a capital and junior loans of EUR 15123000, does not constitute aid within the meaning of Article 87(1) of the Treaty.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
