Article 1

Part 1 of the Schengen consultation network (technical specifications) is amended as shown in Annex I.

Article 2

Part 2 of the Schengen consultation network (technical specifications) is amended as shown in Annex II.

Article 3

This Decision shall apply from 1 February 2009.

Article 4

This Decision is addressed to the Member States in accordance with the Treaty establishing the European Community.
