Council Joint Action 2008/379/CFSP of 19 May 2008 amending Joint Action 2005/889/CFSP on establishing a European Union Border Assistance Mission for the Rafah Crossing Point (EUBAM Rafah)

Joint Action 2005/889/CFSP is hereby amended as follows: 1. the second subparagraph of Article 13(1) shall be replaced by the following: ‘The financial reference amount intended to cover the expenditure related to the mission for the period from 25 May 2007 to 24 November 2008 shall be EUR 7000000.’; 2. the second subparagraph of Article 16 shall be replaced by the following: ‘It shall expire on 24 November 2008.’.

This Joint Action shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.

This Joint Action shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
