Council Regulation (EC) No 805/2008 of 7 August 2008 repealing the anti-dumping duties imposed by Regulation (EC) No 437/2004 on imports of large rainbow trout originating in Norway

The partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of large rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) whether fresh, chilled or frozen, whether in the form of whole fish (with heads and gills on, gutted, weighing more than 1,2 kg each or with heads off, gilled and gutted, weighing more than 1 kg each), or in the form of fillets (weighing over 0,4 kg each), originating in Norway, currently classifiable within CN codes 03021120, 03032120, 03041915 and 03042915, initiated pursuant to Article 11(3) of Council Regulation (EC) No 384/96, is hereby terminated and the measures in force on imports originating in Norway repealed. This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
