Die geplante staatliche Beihilfe Spaniens zugunsten von ITP in Höhe von 35262400 EUR ist mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar. Die Durchführung dieser Beihilfe wird folglich genehmigt.

Diese Entscheidung ist an das Königreich Spanien gerichtet.
