Article 1

The following Member States are exempt from the obligation to prepare an Eel Management Plan in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1100/2007: (a) Cyprus, (b) Malta, (c) Austria, (d) Romania, (e) Slovakia.

Article 2

This Decision is addressed to the Republic of Cyprus, the Republic of Malta, the Republic of Austria, Romania and the Slovak Republic.
