Article 1

The Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation amending Annex 11 to the Agreement between the European Community and the Swiss Confederation on trade in agricultural products , together with the Declaration attached to the Final Act thereto, is hereby approved on behalf of the Community.

Article 2

The President of the Council shall, on behalf of the Community, give the notification provided for in Article 2 of the Agreement .

Article 3

This Decision shall be published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
