Die staatliche Beihilfe von 304 Mio. SEK (rund 33 Mio. EUR), die Schweden Volvo Aero gewähren will, ist mit dem Gemeinsamen Markt vereinbar. Die Durchführung der Beihilfe wird genehmigt.

Diese Entscheidung ist an das Königreich Schweden gerichtet.
