Die Zollkontingente nach dieser Verordnung werden nach den Artikeln 308a, 308b und 308c der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2454/93 verwaltet.“

Article 2

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Veröffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europäischen Union in Kraft. Sie gilt ab dem 1. September 2008.
