Article 1

Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 is hereby amended as follows: 1. in Part Two, Section XVI, Chapter 85, of Annex I, the text in column 3 for CN code 85285910 shall be replaced by the following: ‘14 2. in Part Two, Section XVI, Chapter 85, of Annex I, the text in column 3 for CN code 85285990 shall be replaced by the following: ‘14

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 January 2009.
