Article 1

In Chapter 19 of the Combined Nomenclature annexed to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 the following additional note is added: ‘3. Subheading 19059020 only covers dry and brittle products.’

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
