Article 1

In Article 11(5) of Regulation (EC) No 1276/2008, point (a) is replaced by the following: ‘(a) the measures taken, including instructions to national departments, to apply the selection system on the basis of risk analysis, in the light of the criteria referred to in Annex II;’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
