Article 1

Annexes I and II to Directive 2002/46/EC are replaced respectively by the texts in Annex I and II to this Regulation.

Article 2

Regulation (EC) No 1925/2006 is amended as follows: 1) In Annex I, the word ‘Boron’ is added in the list in point 2. 2) Annex II is replaced by the text in Annex III to this Regulation.

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
