2010/577/EU: Commission Decision of 28 September 2010 terminating the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of certain polyethylene terephthalate originating in Iran, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates and releasing the amounts secured by way of the provisional duties imposed

The anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of polyethylene terephthalate having a viscosity number of 78 ml/g or higher, according to the ISO Standard 1628-5, currently falling within CN code 39076020 and originating in Iran, Pakistan and the United Arab Emirates is hereby terminated.

Regulation (EU) No 472/2010 is hereby repealed. The amounts secured by way of the provisional anti-dumping duty imposed pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 472/2010 on imports of polyethylene terephthalate having a viscosity number of 78 ml/g or higher, according to the ISO Standard 1628-5, currently falling within CN code 39076020 and originating in Iran and the United Arab Emirates shall be released.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
