Article 1 Amendments to Regulation (EC) No 300/2008

Regulation (EC) No 300/2008 is amended as follows: 1. The title ‘Annex’ is replaced by ‘Annex I’. 2. The text set out in the Annex to this Regulation is added as Annex II.

Article 2 Entry into force

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply as from the date specified in the implementing rules adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 300/2008, but not later than 29 April 2010.
