Article 1

The financial contribution from the Union towards the expenditure associated with eradicating avian influenza in Germany in 2007 is fixed at EUR 1141550,98. It constitutes a financing decision in the meaning of Article 75 of the Financial Regulation.

Article 2

The balance of the financial contribution is fixed at EUR 821550,98.

Article 3

This Decision is addressed to the Federal Republic of Germany.
