Die staatliche Beihilfe Deutschlands zugunsten der Glunz AG und der OSB Deutschland GmbH in Höhe von 69797988 EUR ist gemäß Artikel 107 Absatz 3 Buchstabe a AEUV mit dem Binnenmarkt vereinbar.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Bundesrepublik Deutschland gerichtet.
