Article 1

In Article 43(2) of Regulation (EC) No 951/2007, subparagraph (b) is replaced by the following: ‘(b) an implementation phase for projects financed by the joint operational programme starting at the same time as the implementation phase for the programme and ending on 31 December 2015 at the latest. All activities of projects financed by the programme shall end by that date at the latest.’.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the seventh day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
