Article 1

The active substances as set out in the Annex to this Regulation shall be deemed to have been approved under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 14 June 2011.
