Article 1

Annexes I and II to Directive 2002/32/EC are replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from 1 July 2011. The provisions as regards Ambrosia spp. shall apply from 1 January 2012.
