Article 1

Part Two, Section XVI of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 is amended as set out in the Annex to this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2011. It shall have neither retroactive effect nor provide interpretative guidance on a retroactive basis.
