Article 1

The partial interim review of the anti-dumping measures applicable to imports of polyethylene terephthalate currently falling within CN code 39076020 and originating, inter alia, in India, is hereby terminated without amending the measures in force.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
