Article 1

1 Regulation (EEC) No 429/73 is repealed.

2 The repeal of the act referred to in paragraph 1 shall be without prejudice to: (a) the maintenance in force of Union acts adopted on the basis of the act referred to in paragraph 1; and (b) the continuing validity of amendments made by the act referred to in paragraph 1 to other Union acts that are not repealed by this Regulation.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
