Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 1931/2006 is hereby amended as follows: (1) at the end of Article 3, point (2), the following sentence is added: ‘The areas listed in the Annex to this Regulation shall be considered as part of the border area;’; (2) the text set out in the Annex to this Regulation is added as an Annex.

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
