Article 1

Die Klassifikationsgesellschaft RS wird gemäß Artikel 10 der Richtlinie 2006/87/EG anerkannt.

Article 2

Dieser Beschluss ist an die Mitgliedstaaten, die über in Artikel 1 Absatz 1 der Richtlinie 2006/87/EG genannte Binnenwasserstraßen verfügen, und an das Russische Schiffsregister, Niederlassung Ungarn, 1 Marcius 15 ter, 1056 Budapest, Ungarn, gerichtet.
